200 g of Biancherò per 1 litre of fresh cream. Whip in planetary up to reach a soft consistence. Endless matches of tastes can be made with the addition of aromatizing pastas (hazelnut, strawberry, mascarpone, etc…) in the measure of 100-150 g for 1 liter of fresh cream. In case are used pastas without sugars, an addition of 70-100 g of noble sweeteners is recommended (honey, fructose, grape's sugar, etc…).
